What to know first
When you request an estimate, Alpine receives the contact and project details you choose to submit so the team can respond. This may include your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, service interest, project notes, and an optional garage photo.
Alpine uses submitted information to answer your request, evaluate service availability, prepare or schedule an estimate, and communicate about the project. Information is not sold to third parties.
Website and hosting providers may process limited technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site. Optional photos are stored privately and are used only for estimate follow-up unless Alpine separately receives permission for another use.
Optional analytics is disabled unless Alpine first approves the provider and the specific events. If activated, analytics may measure page paths without query strings, entry or landing page paths, estimate interactions, and aggregate hosted-checkout steps such as checkout start, return outcome, and confirmed-payment display. Analytics may also process a referring domain and limited technical information needed for aggregate reports. Event payloads exclude project IDs, names, phone numbers, email addresses, payment amounts, notes, service details, card data, and private garage-photo paths.

- Photo upload and email are optional
- Call Alpine instead of using the form if you prefer
- Decline optional analytics, or change your analytics choice on this Privacy page, without affecting the estimate form
- Ask Alpine to correct or delete information associated with your request
- Do not submit sensitive financial, identity, or medical information
